The device behind the results
Plexr Plus:
an FDA-cleared plasma device.
Matter exists in four states — solid, liquid, gas, and plasma. The sun is plasma. Lightning is plasma. Plexr Plus generates plasma from atmospheric nitrogen and sublimates targeted tissue point by point, with no thermal spread to surrounding skin.
That mechanism is what you feel in the result. Tissue contracts the day it is treated. Tightening becomes apparent as the skin settles over the following week, and collagen remodelling continues underneath for six to twelve months. Many patients hold the change for two to four years.
Because the energy is not light-based, treatment is planned around your skin and the zone being worked on rather than around the calendar — and it can be taken in close to the areas that matter most, the eyelid and the lip line, with pinpoint precision.

An honest
assessment.
You sit down with the clinician. You describe what is bothering you — whether that is your jawline or your energy. You get a direct answer about whether we have the right tool for it, what it would take, and what it would cost.
You leave with a written Arbour Protocol Plan: the assessment, the recommended sequence, the number of sessions, and the price of each. It is yours to keep. If a treatment isn’t right for you, the plan says that too, and says why.

What do I actually get from the consultation?

I have several concerns at once. Is that a problem?
It is the norm here, and it is the reason the clinic is built this way. Skin, hair, and how you actually feel are usually connected, and one clinician assessing all of it is more useful than three who each see one piece.
Who performs the treatments?
Your assessment and your treatment plan come from a board-certified clinician, and every procedure is carried out to that clinician’s protocol by licensed clinical staff. Arbour does not use unlicensed technicians for clinical work.
I feel exhausted and foggy and my labs are normal. Can you help?
That is one of the most common reasons people come to us. Standard panels are built to detect disease, and their reference ranges are wide. We test differently and read for patterns rather than thresholds. We will also tell you honestly if we cannot find anything.
I have a darker skin tone. Am I a candidate?
Yes. Our plasma protocols are appropriate for Fitzpatrick skin types I through VI and can be performed year-round, which is not true of most laser-based alternatives.
How does this compare to a CO2 laser?
They are different technologies aimed at a similar goal. Laser resurfacing uses light energy and carries a thermal footprint. Plexr Plus uses plasma generated from atmospheric nitrogen and sublimates tissue point by point, with no thermal spread. That difference is why plasma is appropriate for Fitzpatrick I through VI and can be performed year-round, which is not true of most ablative lasers.
How much downtime should I plan for?
Entirely protocol-dependent, and we tell you before you commit. GlassLIFT and the Rockstar Treatment have no downtime at all. CAT resurfacing runs five to seven days of mild crusting that resolves naturally, plus seven to ten days out of the sun.
How soon will I see results?
Plasma tightening becomes visible as tissue settles over two to six weeks. PRP builds progressively: initial glow at one to two weeks, texture at four to six, full collagen response at three to six months. Hair is slower still.
Do you take insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We accept HSA and FSA where the service qualifies. Under IRS rules, purely cosmetic procedures are generally not HSA/FSA-eligible, while diagnostic and functional-medicine services often are. We will be specific about which is which before you pay.
What if I had a treatment elsewhere that did not work?
Common, and worth discussing. Technique matters as much as the device. Bring what you know about what was done and we will give you an honest read on whether a different approach would change the outcome.
Do I have to commit to a package?
No. We will show you what a full protocol looks like so you can plan, but you decide what and when.
Where are you, and when can I be seen?
2217 Packard St #15, Ann Arbor, MI 48104 — free patient parking outside, no downtown traffic. We serve Ypsilanti, Saline, Dexter and Chelsea. We treat Thursday through Monday, 10am to 7pm, by appointment; Tuesday and Wednesday are reserved for protocol planning and follow-up. Telehealth follow-up is available for established Michigan patients.
